This website belongs to "Dutch Old Clocks" company. Dutch Old Clocks is a registered company in the Netherlands and works based on Dutch commerce rules and regulations. In General "Algemene Voorwaarden Stichting Webshop Keurmerk" is applicable for our website with the following exceptions:
1- Return: We do not accept return on Vintage and Antique items, For our new item you can return your order within 2 weeks in their original box if they are unused.
2- Cancellation: You can cancel your order free of charge before shipment. After shipment, we can not cancel your orders.
